- Secure all doors and windows
- Lock all valuables in the trunk or make certain items are hidden
- Remove all electronic adaptors and cords
- Park in well lighted and secure areas
- Activate alarm system if applicable
- Avoid parking in an area that makes you feel uneasy
- Report any suspicious activity to the Wilmington Parking Authority staff or to the police
- Do not leave parking cards/tickets/chipcoins in your vehicle.
